My condolences go out to Rose and the entire Placek family. Joe was a good man. A man I had great respect for. He was always there to help me fix all of my garden or yard tools with kind words of encouragement of maintenance for them. I enjoyed having these kind conversations with him and will miss those going forward. My prayers go out to the Placek family.
