Not sure what to say?

My prayers and love to Dyan, Chris, Gordon and Ralph. A very special cousin indeed. I have such warm memories of extra cookies from her at lunchtime at school. She is home and the peace is real. Love and care to each of you as we celebrate a wonderful woman.......

family prior to Virgie and Lana's births

Saddened by the loss of a Great-Great Aunt guess you have now joined your brother and my Great Papaw Ralph & Meadymaw and my Mamaw Syvilla as well as Papaw Earl and many other loved ones gone before. Prayers for the family as you go threw the loss of a dear lady.

Alpheus attended the Sunday school class at Jurneys when she was able. The last time I was there to teach she was already seated at a table there and was quiet all through the lesson and when we began to sing one of the hymns she suddenly raised her hands and began to sing with us I went over to her and bent over looking right into her beautiful face and she kept on singing and then she bent her head down and kissed my hand. I had no doubt that her kiss was for Jesus. I will always have that...

So sorry ~ she will be missed~ just like Grandpa Lutz's & all his sisters who are already gone~~

The passing of Alpheus is heart breaking and warming all in the same moment. She was a part of my family since I started here at Jurney's and it hurts my heart to see another "original baby" leave me...but she is now whole again and singing all her lovely songs with a strong and full voice again. The heavens ring with those wonderful songs and she smiles as she begins another phase of life.

Rest in peace Alpheus, we love you and will miss you, but we are happy for...
