Alan Bentz was a dear friend and customer of Ataway Feed & Seed of Charlotte, Tx. He was always kind and sociable. Always thought of others and always remarked of his very good wife. He will be missed greatly and "Go Navy"

Captain Alan Was one of a kind. I enjoyed every visit I had with him. There will never be another like. Family, God and country was him. High integrity and a quality human being. Enjoy your eternal rest my friend.

He liked vintage cars, too. Alan, thank you for your friendship.

Our deepest condolences to you, Bugs, Alisha and family. Alan was a generous, loving friend. He remained involved in the affairs of America and was a true patriot to his country, proudly serving in it's Navy and continuing his dedicated service in many selfless ways throughout his life. Captain, may you rest in peace, and may love and peace surround those you loved so dearly. Bugs and Alisha, may peaceful sweet memories fill your days.

Bugs, in years past I always enjoyed visiting with Alan at your home and getting the grand tour of his cars, cattle and grounds. May God hold you and your family in the palm of his hands during this difficult time.

We only knew Alan for a few short years, but we came to anticipate our time with him and Bugs. Now that he has reported to the Supreme Commander, we wish him "Fair Winds and Following Seas).

My sincerest condolences to his dear wife Bugs and family. Prayers abd Blessings to you.
