Not sure what to say?

It certainly saddens me to see that Al has passed. I will also add that I know he is no longer suffering. Al was a fantastic manager at work. I mean this in all sincerity. A great manager and an even better man. He was always respectful and gracious, and if you were in the right, he would back you up with everything he had. It was a pleasure to have known you and to have worked for you, Al. God bless you!

Alan was the nicest guy I ever knew. He put up with silly teenagers (his future sister-in-law Sherri and me) and gave us rides to school in his `59 Chevy, without complaint. He had an easy-going attitude and treated everyone with the utmost respect and kindness. He will definitely be missed. My sympathies go out to Polly, his children and grandchildren.

My deepest sympathy to all of the friends & family of Al´s. I worked at Boeing in the Mid Center with Al & always remembered him with a smile and kind greeting. One of my favorite people at Boeing for sure and I know he will be dearly missed! RIP Al!

I worked with Alan when I first started at Boeing and later worked for him when he made superviser. we were on the Flight line together for many years. He was a great guy. I haven't seen him in ages but he will be missed.

Single Memorial Tree

I´ll share. Funny story. We were working on the King of Saudis 747 and the customers came into my office with a serious concern. There was a holiday approaching and they needed a young male goat with two good eyes. I told them I´d help so I generated a Requisition marked "customer request". My phone rang almost immediately, Al asking what this was about. He said to send them over to talk to him. Who knew Al raised goats. Everyone was happy.

My heart is breaking for all of you, may God give you peace and comfort. I send my love. Linda & family
