Dear Frances and family
We are so sorry to hear of the loss of Alan. It seems like yesterday when Al and I completed our army tour of duty at Fort Leonardwood in Missouri. We were discharged on the same day and tore for home in Chicago in Al's 1959 Chevy. Please accept our condolence at this time of sorrow

Al was a longtime member of the St. Collette's Golf league and that is where I first met him. We had some memorial matches together. He was an outstanding member of our league and a good friend. My condolences to the Al Ericson family.
