Not sure what to say?

I went to work for Al in August of 82, to say that I learned a lot from him would be an injustice and putting it mildly.
I consider the five years I worked for him to be some of the best years of my life, not only did I learn to respect and love the man but also his wife and children seemed to be my extended family. He taught me that the words (I don't think I can) only exist if you allow them to. He taught me to have the confidence in myself to start my own business 32 years ago. And...

I CANT TELL YOU WHAT A.J.CONTRIBUTED TO MY LIFE IN GENERAL. HE HAD ENOUGH CONFIDENCE AND TRUST IN ME TO ALLOW ME TO GROW AT GOULDER ELECTRIC. WE HAVE NOT SEEN ONE ANOTHER IN OVER 25 YEARS AND I STILL THINK OF HIM OFTEN. I KNOW HE WILL BE MISSED BY MANY.

Who is going to recite limericks for us? who is going to keep us up to date on all his grandkids? he will be missed terribly. At least we can still see that handsome smile every time we see his kids.

Probably the most influential person in my life. Learned many of life’s lessons in my years of association with AJ. Many, if not most, of my circle of friends directly or indirectly entered my life due to that same association. Of the most important of these relationships are those with all of Al & Judy’s children. How he was able to get the best of effort, drive, and loyalty from those he worked with always amazed me. It is something I have never witnessed elsewhere. My thoughts and...

AJ was a great influence in my life. He was able to push my traditions, culture, and habits where he thought I could be taking more effective action. He was the first person to ask me when I was going to marry my girlfriend. We celebrated 26 years recently. Thanks AJ

AJ was a class act. Our family had the privilege of being friends with the Goulders and our fathers being business partners. Dad & AJ are somewhere planning a strategy for a new venture! My condolences to the Goulder family.

Mr. Goulder will be missed deeply in our office. Not only was he an amazing man he was very humorous and always trying to make the staff here Omni Dermatology laugh. He was a remarkable, admirable, and honorable man who made quite an impression here and we feel honored to have had the chance to know him. Our prayers and condolences to the Goulder family for Mr. Goulder will be missed deeply.

What can I say? This Guy was something else. He convinced me to give up the opportunity to run Coldwell Realty's commercial department and instead manage his Arizona office of Goulder Electric. Working with AJ was a kick, one would never know what would come out of his mouth next. If wouldn't be surprised if he was the person that authored the term "keep it simple stupid". It was my pleasure to work for AJ which lead to two significant changes in my life. The 1st was the purchase of Wilson...

My Mentor, my Boss, my Friend. I often think of you and now I'll miss you. I love you. Thoughts and prayers to all the Goulder family. He was unique!!
