Not sure what to say?

My deepest sympathy to the family of Mr. Shauger. I remember the family well as they bought a house across from my parents home in Bay City back in the 60's. In fact, recently was going through our senior pictures and saw Dan's picture. I just found out about this online, otherwise, I would have stopped by to the Chapel.

The day of grandpa's funeral was also my birthday. It was a very emotional day for me, but it was a pleasure to see all of you. I would have loved to have known grandpa the way you all have. My love goes out to all of you and I would love to hear back from any of you.

yes,gpa allways did have a smile on his face.Iam very proud to carry on the name of Shauger and hope to carry iton eith my future generations

Grandpa always had a smile on his face. My best memories are being told about no indoor plumbing and using the out house. The apple tree in the back yard. Playing softball with cousins. Picking food out of the garden.

Grandpa really loved our dog Blue, he always brought him treats and looked so happy to see him.

Grandpa would always come over to my dad's house to help fix things. He taught my dad how to do a lot of household repairs.
