Alice's Images Cafe in Charles Village was a wonderful haven for lots of fun and creative people. I moved here from Indiana in 1992 and immediately fell in love with Alice and her cafe. I immediately met so many great people - Kimberly, Louis, Marinette, Silvija, "Little" Kimberly, the astronomer (name?) and lots of others. Alice was always interesting and stimulating. I recently learned of Alice's passing and send my condolences to Martie and her family. I lived at 3100 Saint Paul Street and spent many, many fun and interesting days at Images Cafe with Kimberly, Silvija, Lewis, little Kimberly and many others from Charles Village.
