My sympathy on the passing of your aunt. She was both my first and my fourth grade teacher. I remember her very well, especially my very first day of school in 1947. It was quite a change in my young life, and she did a good job in helping me adjust. By the next day I was an enthusiastic student, an attitude that remained with me throughout all my school years.
