Today I am just sitting here thinking about you and wishing I could pick up the phone and talk to you. We were never at a loss for conversation. Hi Alice, I know it is going to be a rough first Christmas for your son, Jim. The two of you always went to that great hotel for a wonderful meal. You talked about it for days. You and your Jim were so much alike and only had each other. Know that I miss you too. Tell Earl hi from me. Give Otto (my sweetie) a big hug for me. I miss him terribly, every hour of every day. Alice, you are going to be missed! Even though we didn't see you after Earl passed just knowing you were still around was a comfort. We so enjoyed your visits here in Naples.
