Not sure what to say?

Alicia was a great friend to me during the summers of my childhood when I visited my family in Rochester. My sister Bri (Eaton) reconnected with her in Minneapolis after school, and we are both profoundly sad to hear this news. I will never forget Alicia's wry wit, her warmth, her beauty and intellect. She was one of a kind and I was lucky to have had her presence in my life. All my very best to her parents, her brother Brian, her husband and everyone else whose lives were were a part of...

I am sincerely sorry to hear of the loss of your wife, Alicia! I'm holding you in my thoughts.

With Love,
Cathy Sullivan

I am so sorry for your loss. I loved Lish for her wit and intelligence, her sense of humor, her generosity, and her love of politics, which is how I met her. Thank you for sharing all of your wonderfulness with me, Lish. I will never forget you or the fabulous time we had when meeting the future President Obama. Oh, did we laugh! The world will not be the same without you. A fellow Rancher~Julie

Alicia was a good friend many years ago, and I am very saddened to hear the news. I want to express my deepest condolences to Brian (who I know) as well as Hugh and the rest of her family.

An Old Irish Blessing
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
You & your family are in our thoughts & prayers.

Alicia was always a bright spot in anyones life who knew her, always a smile, she will be missed. My heart goes out to her family. Love you Alicia

Hugh, wish we could be there with you at this difficult time. As you know, our thoughts and prayers are always with you.We are always here for you. Please give our condolences to the rest of the family.

All our love

My deepest sympathy to the Grubbs family. I recall Alicia being such a sweet young girl when playing at our home with Brian and my son Chad when we were neighbors in Rochester. Her passing is just so sad...way too young.

Hugh, I am so sorry for your loss. Lish was one of a kind. She was the funniest, kindest, most thoughtful person I've ever known. I will always regret that I didn't make time take Lish up on her offer to visit the two of you last spring. I will never forget her and will always miss her. Much love to you and Lish's family.
