Not sure what to say?

I am saddened to learn that Sonny died this year but trust that she is at peace with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was my Elmira classmate, easy to get to know and be with; a dependable friend who was always happy to help out and join in the fun. Her nickname suited her well! I think back now and so wish we had remained in contact after graduating. Since marrying and moving to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1962 and remaining there ever since, over the years, I have lost contact...

It was great sadness that I read of the passing of Sonny. She was a special friend during our 4 years at Elmira and beyond in the Elmira College Club of NJ. One of my fond memories is visiting her at Peterborough Playhouse one summer. I will always remember the fun times we had. My condolences to her family on her passing. I know she will be missed.

The best babysitting gig I had in high school was for the Zeigler boys, Damon and Bram. Mrs. Zeigler was kind and fun and smart and generous and I remember thinking I wanted to be like her when I grew up. So sorry to hear about her death. So thankful to have known her and her family and to still be in touch with her boys.

I have such fond memories of Mrs. Zeigler. She was always so encouraging and supportive of our game “inventions”, business “ventures” and other ideas. Her warm and welcoming personality made it fun to be around her and in the Zeigler home on Tuxedo Rd or Heron Island.
My condolences to Bram, Damon and their families. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
Peace be with you, Mrs. Zeigler. Say hi to JW for us.

Such an amazing women. It has been a blessing to be a part of her life.
