Not sure what to say?

We lost a long time and close friend.
He always will be "Radar: to me.
A wonderful and charming guy.
We go back 75 years to Fernwood and Grant High School'

I was so sad today to hear of Allan's passing. I worked with him at the Oregon Economic Development Department. He was a good mentor and a dear friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Sandi Bowers Cole

Allan was a dear friend and will miss talking with him - a sense of humor always even during stressful times. We were friends beginning at Grant High together even though he was a little older! My wife Elsie & I will miss him and Sally too.

Alan,Russ Ferguson, and I were very close friends at Grant High School in 1946 and 1947 and had many fun adventures together. My guess is that I am his oldest living friend (85 also). I,of course knew Sally as well. Here is to MU NU XI. Dick (Birk) Birkinshaw
