He was such a kind man. He use to come to Bible study at the Family Church and set in the back. He surprised me by going out of his way to join the Mayor to come to a surprise birthday party for me the Bishop of the church. I had many conversations with him.One of the kindest and the humblest persons I had ever met.

Allan and I worked together for the first year after he and Joyce moved to Indy. We enjoyed a great relationship at Elvan Scotten, Engineers. After Allan moved on to open his own business we stayed friends and communicated for the next several years until I finally joined Weihe Engineers in 1968, retiring after 26 years there.
