"Bill" H.W. Allen, 72, Marine Corp Veteran, entered into eternal rest Wednesday March13th. Bill is survived by his wife of 52 years, Elizabeth Allen; his son, Michael Allen (Patty,); his daughters, Michelle Carter (Scott), and Tiffany Summer (John); his grandchildren, Christopher Allen (Michelle), Zachary Summer, Patrick Allen, and Riley Carter; and his 2 great grandchildren. Friends will remember Bill for his joy of cooking, BBQ, his sauces, metal detecting, love of history, his sense of humor, and as a true loyal friend. Others will remember him as an honorable and caring car dealer, owner of Allens Auto Sales, for 47 years. His family will remember him as the most loving, adoring, faithful husband and a father that always showed how much he loved each one of them and was always present in their lives. He will be missed but not forgotten. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Fredericksburg.
