RIP my brother and best friend. I'm still in shock and struggling to find the right words to express the pain I feel and how much I loved that guy. He was one of the best people I knew and I know at the very least that he's in a better place now. Although I didn't get a chance to say goodbye, I am so grateful that I had the chance to have a heart to heart talk with him recently. We spoke of how much we value each others' friendship, how happy he was for me that I have reconciled with the love of life, and he insisted that we come visit him as soon as possible. Some of my happiest times were watching UFC fights when he lived in NJ. There is nothing I wouldn't have done for Al and I know the same is true for him. I know he's an angel now and I'll see him again someday.
