Cousin Al and his luminescent smile will be missed by his many admirers up and down the eastern seaboard. Go DUKE!

With love ,

Uncle Al, as he was always known to me, was one of the most important and influential people in my life. He encouraged and helped me to get into and graduate from Duke. He employed me as a youngster, and tho my middle brother became a better salesman, his efforts taught me the meaning of work ethic and helped me develope the skills of life. Like so many, I will miss him greatly, and words cannot adquately convey the love for this man, and the warm heatfelt love and concern for Joan, Marc...

So sorry to hear of your father's passing. My prayers are with you and your family.

To Joan, Marc, Miles and family,
My heartfelt sympathy to you in your great loss. Al was a lifetime asset to Danville, the Commonwealth of Va. and our country.
