Not sure what to say?

Ama Lee's son, Lenny, was a true believer in Christ Jesus. He was the sound man in our band, Servant. We rehearsed one night at his home and met his dear mother, Ama Lee. Ama Lee greeted us with warmth and kindness and a big smile to match. Then when our church began to visit monthly at Columbia Health Care's Alzheimer unit years ago, we again saw Ama Lee. She still had the warmth and smile and gladly joined in singing hymns with us. She was a light in that unit of dear people.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief, and find comfort from knowing that God draws close to the broken-hearted.
