Uncle Andre was and will always be a light to us all. He will be remembered for the lives that he and his family touched. I always remember watching him on that keyboard playing and them fingers and his head just a moving. I would say to myself " Wow" how can he play like that? Prof. Hodges was an amazing educator and human being. I loved speaking to him after class. He made me feel like I could do anything as long as I worked hard. RIP The world is a better place because he was in it.

I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Hodges passing. The family may not remember be but I certainly remember them they were my extended family when my stepfather was the pastor of the church they attended in Whitesboro .Rev. Ernest Curry many years ago. I remember The Hodges leading the choir I was on. They were wonderful people and treated me like of this news.I am so sorry to hear this news. Mrs. Hodges, Andrea, Crystal and Andre you are in my prayers always.

Mr. Hodges was a nice man, I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He is in a better place now. My prayers are with the family.

The passing of this great man saddens me. When ever I saw the bus for the Choir it warmed my heart. Gloria, my condolences are with you, and your family at this time.

To the Hodges Family:
I am sorry I lost contact with Mr. Potato Head as Rabbi Kohn use to call Andre' in our Holocaust classes at Stockton. He was a good student,fellow classmate, and a fabulous teacher. I will never be able to swap teacher stories with him again.
