Not sure what to say?

Andres and I got along famously, both within our agency at USDA and on the Board of the Inter-American Council of Washington, DC. He will be missed by many as he had so many friends: he "never met a stranger he didn't like!" When we would call each other on the phone, he always called me "viejo" (old man), and I called him "chico" (boy)! God Bless you Andres, and be with your family you loved so much!

I could not agree more with the words already expressed. Andrés and I worked together for many, many years on the Board of the Inter American Council. His joie de vivre was matched by his honest and ethical values. It broke my heart that such difficult and painful times had fallen on such a loving and giving person. He always will be alive, healthy, and smiling, in my heart and in my memories. I extend my appreciation to Beryl and to the rest of the family for having shared him with us...

Dearest Andres,

Sabrina and I will always have such fond and wonderful memories of you. You will be very missed by us. We will always keep you in our hearts.

Love, Patricia and Sabrina

My sympathy to the Delgado family and to all of Andrés' friends.

Changes and reorganization affected the name and location of this office within USDA....

May Our Lord continue to bless you in heaven with all the love and peace you deserve. You brought your entire family and friends together one more time to share laughs and tears and the everlasting memories you left us. Thank you! RIP
