Not sure what to say?

It has been a few years. I'm not sure what made me look for Andy via Google, but I was curious to know more about his passing. I'm his Cousin from the Pacific NW. Andy made a big impression on me as a kid. He was always kind and putting others first. Unfortunately, our families were not that close, but the couple of times I met him, he did make a lasting impression and I'm sad that I won't have the opportunity to know him in adulthood. Rick and Missy--feel free to reach out! I'd love to...

Hey Andrew! Today is the fifth anniversary of your passing away. Don't see many people visiting or leaving a word here, but don't blame them: they are probably busy or of different opinion (visiting this guest book). But I'm still here, I am.
I still miss you buddy - you were my closest friend and your spot remains unfilled because it can't be. So, the hole in my heart is still aching. But I'm doing OK, still working, focused on my family and friends, and I'm trying to do what I can...

Rest in Peace, my friend!

Hey Andrew,
Was just thinking of you... I miss you buddy. R.I.P.

Wow, very surprised and sad to see this. I knew Drew for only a short bit of time when we served together at Ft. Campbell. What some may not know is that Drew was an accomplished shooter. So good, in fact, that he was on the All-Army team for the Summer competition season. I met him the following year when I was on the battalion pistol team, and he was the coach. I was struggling with a portion of the match and Drew worked with me. Within 5 minutes he coached me through it and my scores...

He was an inspiring instructor, and I will never forget the lessons he taught all of his students at Heald College. He truly was gifted in helping students, like me, achieve their inner potential. Andrew is very dearly missed, but will forever remain in family and friends' hearts. Rest in peace Andrew and may your family be comforted in knowing you are in a better place!

You are in my heart.

Celebrating a life well lived. We will cherish the memories forever.

Andy was my Plebe Summer roommate at the Naval Academy and a good friend while he stayed there. I remember his love of the group Rush and the great care packages he got from home that he liberally shared with his classmates. I wish I'd kept up with him. I think my last contact with him was talking to him on the phone over Christmas break after he left USNA. He told me a great story about how he got bumped up to first class while flying home to California and ended up sitting next to Steve...
