Andy left this world the same way he entered, quickly and with little warning. His passing leaving a hole in the all the lives he had ever touched. The only people that were not Andy's friends were the ones he hadn't met yet. He didn't judge. He was slow to anger and quick to forgive. He always thought of others before himself. The question of "Are you okay?" being a top used Andy phrase. Although it doesn't compete with "Is that your phone?" or "Can I hold your phone?" To say that Andy had many physical challenges, yet he didn't allow them to slow him down; would be an understatement. Fact is: Andy barely noticed them at all. His tolerance for pain, be it physical or emotional was enormous. Andy will always be remembered as a beacon of tolerance and gratitude. Regardless of the situation: he not only accepted it, he was grateful for the experience. He automatically knew what most of us will never be able to learn: how to just be. He loved and lived without fear. And because of that, he experienced life from his own, pure perspective. He loved nature. whether he was camping, fishing or just hanging out in the backyard; he was just happy to be outside. Andy was a cat person. Not that he didn't enjoy many a friendship with dogs, fish, birds, squirrels and even the occasional scorpion. He enjoyed dancing. He honestly wasn't very good at it, but what he lacked in rhythm, he more than made up for in enthusiasm. He used jazz hands a lot. He liked to bowl, was a fan of the Cubs and the Bees, and loved playing and watching video games. Look for me in Rainbows Time for me to go now, I won't say goodbye; Look for me in rainbows, way up in the sky. In the morning sunrise when all the world is new, Just look for me and love me, as you know I loved you. Time for me to leave you, I won't say goodbye; Look for me in rainbows, high up in the sky. In the evening sunset, when all the world is through, Just look for me and love me, and I'll be close to you. It won't be forever, the day will come and then My loving arms will hold you, when we meet again. Time for us to part now, we won't say goodbye; Look for me in rainbows, shining in the sky. Every waking moment, and all your whole life through Just look for me and love me, as you know I loved you. Just wish me to be near you, And I'll be there with you. Conn Bernard & Vicki Brown
