Dear Ann Payne was a Nationally Accredited Master Judge and Past President of the Garden Club of Charleston who invited this Judge to the beautiful shows she chaired downtown. She invited me to come to the Charleston museum to speak for about 300 on "Underwater Design" in 2001 and Gordon you also came .
