Ann was a dear lady who contributed much to the Garden Club of Charleston. She will be missed by all. I went to HS with Bill Key. My heart felt sympathy to the family.

Dear Ann Payne was a Nationally Accredited Master Judge and Past President of the Garden Club of Charleston who invited this Judge to the beautiful shows she chaired downtown. She invited me to come to the Charleston museum to speak for about 300 on "Underwater Design" in 2001 and Gordon you also came . I asked a friend who was from downtown Charleston to come with me and after I was introduced this friend came across the stage dressed in a diving mask , Snorkle and flippers saying she heard...
