Not sure what to say?

I first met General Hays at Walter Reed when I was a Resident and later a member of the Medical Staff. She was a warm, dedicated individual who was tireless in the performance of her duties. She guided me during many difficult situations at Walter Reed. She was a friend, a colleague and later my patient. I shall always remember her warm smile, her enthusiasm and fund of knowledge. She epitomized the best in the healthcare professions I shall never forget Anna Mae, a wonderful person!
