I worked with Arthur over my entire 30 year career at ICBC. As the corporation’s consultant architect we traipsed around the province looking for buildings and looking at buildings. He was the calm, common sense voice who was always there to help and to provide a piece of important documentation that we had managed to displace. I always remember how many years, around 8, I think, it took us to convince him to buy a fax machine. I think we all fainted when he went on email. A wonderful man...
