Arthur lives within my sole. A truly remarkable kind thoughtful and intelligent Arthur who had patience with me and provided guidance often..he would smile as he would offer advice and begin with "Tim..look.." and then Arthur would win me over with his thoughts..thank you Arthur..I m blessed for having known you..I m sure that Hector Ewing is now planning with you Arthur the next ELS party and hospitality suite.

My sincere condolences to Barbara and family. Arthur was a quiet gentlemen when I knew him at PIPSC. He listened in his own quiet way to debates before sharing his thoughts which often led to good decisions being made. I loved his accent! He will be missed. Rest In Peace, Arthur.
