Not sure what to say?

From myself and my wife, Carolyn, I would like to say "good-bye" to Art,and thanks for all the time spent pouring concrete with him. Everybody knew who poured the best concrete in Akron, it was Fabbro!

On behalf of the officers and members of Cement Masons' Local 109, I would like to extend our deepest sympathies for the loss of one of the great men in concrete in the Akron area. My father is Bob Hahn, who was a long time employee of Mr. Fabbro. Hardly a day goes by that I am not treated to some sort of "Fabbro Story".

Our sympathy goes out to Art Fabbro's family, our dear friends since we came to Akron Ohio in 1927. My dad Jack Floreani worked with Fabbros and was also in the cement Finishers assn. Art was a kind, generous person; a good family man, and friend to all.

Dear Peg, Pat, Bob, and Dick,

I just wanted to let you know that Uncle Art will be truly missed by our family. We have all gone through so much but I know that our parents are in a better place. They are probably laughing at us for grieving them. Know that we will keep you in our prayers and I hope you will do the same.

Bob so sorry for your loss. I kown your dad lived a full life. We miss you and your family. Best regards and our prayers and thoughts go out to you. Love Martha ans Michael Kermizis

ART WAS A CARING AND LOVING GENLEMAN. HE WILL BE TRULY MISSED.

My prayers are with you all at this time. I look forward to seeing all of you on Sunday evening. And may your dad rest in peace Amen.

Mr.Fabbro was a wonderful neighbor and friend. As young homeowners in the 1970s, he guided us through many projects and didn't hesitate to offer a helping hand, tool or encouragement when we needed it. We looked out for each other for the next 30+ years. Our neighborhood will never be the same. WE REALLY MISS HIM...
