Arthur Wainwright Flachofsky, 59, of Clarksville, Tennessee, a U.S. Army veteran who served for 20 years before his retirement, father of Diane Roth and Cathy Roth, died at his apartment on Saturday, March 20, 2004. Graveside services are scheduled for Friday, March 26, 2004, 12:30 p.m., at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, Ohio, officiated by the Rev. Floyd Stanfill. Arrangements entrusted to Lebold Funeral Home, Bolivar, Ohio.
