Arthur was born on November 2, 1941 and passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2016. Arthur was a resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Arthur attended Cor Jesu High School in New Orleans Louisiana. Visitation will be held on Saturday July 23 2016 at Resthaven Funeral Home from 9:30am -11:00am. Mass will follow at Most Blessed Sacrament at 12:00pm.
We miss the Rumney family ever since they moved from our neighborhood in Metairie. Our children shared such good memories with the Rumney family. Dear Jean,Art Jr,,Cathy and the twins Jan and Julie we are truly sorry for your loss. May he rest in peace.
