I'm truly sorry to hear of the passing of Dr Trotter
I was a student at bishop state where he assisted the students with disability. He was a mentor that allway had an encouraging words and sometimes would bring corrections when needed.. He was truly a man of God and I believe he is resting
With Jesus and his angels.
