Not sure what to say?

I will never forget Dr. Burkhart. She was instrumental in my career choice at Rutgers. I thank God for her guidance, leadership and friendship.

Ill never forget what a caring and welcoming person Audrey was to me as a New faculty member at Rutgers University.

Audrey was the best! I worked with her on many committees and we served as officers together in the NJ Dietetic Association for many years. As delegates we often roomed together at conventions. You could always count on Audrey to get the job done with grace and cheer. She was the epitome of a food and nutrition professional. She was wonderful with students and clients. She lived a good life and helped many, many people. Dorothy Addario, Watchung, NJ

Audrey touched many lives. She was an effective educator and a caring mentor, colleague, and administrator at Rutgers University.

Audrey was a wonderful human being, consummate professional and dear friend. We worked together on numerous projects for NJ Dietetic Association and I also worked with her on a special project at Rutgers. She was a kind, generous, and thoughtful person who always gave 100%. Her friendship was special.

To Audrey -- dear colleague, mentor and doctoral committee advisor :
We will miss your wonderful, sweet and caring presence in our lives. You inspired so many FCS professionals at Rutgers, NJ and around the US. to understand the importance of nutrition education and healthy living. Love from all of us in Cooperative Extension for your love of teaching and helping youth & adults lead healthier lives.

Audrey was a beautiful person who touch all who knew her with a genuine warmth and love from her heart. I feel blessed and thankful to have spent so many days working side by side with her a Little Learners. Audrey will always hold a special place in my heart and put a smile on my face as I remember our times spent together.

May the God of comfort be with you at this time

Audrey is home with The Lord she loved and served so well. I enjoyed working with her as an Aid Association For Lutherans (AAL), now Thrivent Financial For Lutherans, Representative. May her loved ones be comforted with the assurance that she has eternal life through Christ and that they will also.
