Not sure what to say?

Gloria, as we knew her, was such a lovely soul and such a gracious lady. We met at Mass many years ago and came to know her even better through our shared experience of dealing with cancer. Joel, we offer our deepest sympathies to you and your entire family. Jim and I hope that the love and care of family and friends will comfort you and sustain you through the difficult days.
