1962 Chevy Chase with Trojan

Sweet memories remain of the times spent with Barbara and friends, usually at Chevy Chase...golfing, tennis, eating-always eating and laughing. I hear her "hmm" as she acknowledged your words, her laughter at your witty repartee, her generosity and sharing of her Port Townsend Chevy Chase...those times so clear and immortalized in my heart. Way too soon my friend, way too soon for goodbye.

With my sincere sympathy to your family; May your treasured memories continue to provide a measure of comfort and peace to the family. Please be strengthened from (Isaiah 61:1,2) our God "binds up the broken-hearted and comforts all who mourn"

We are saddened to learn of the passing of Barbara, but grateful for her service to our nation with the Peace Corps in Turkey.

Our Condolences,
The National Peace Corps Association

Such a beautiful tribute for someone who earned every word. We met and visited with Barbara year after year during our annual family trip to CCBC, 10 years and counting. We were always awestruck by Barbara's beautifully maintained gardens and just how much she did at that property- clearly a labor of love and we always appreciated the care she took for us and our kids year after year.
Rest In Peace (and give my mom a hug for me! Maybe you can recreate a CCBC upstairs).
