Not sure what to say?

To George and Family, sorry for your loss. I, Christine Howard worked at First Albany in the Research Department alongside Nancy Gardner. I enjoyed my employment there from 1996-98 very much. Your Mother was so personable and beautiful. The staff were great to work with as well. Although I just recently came across this interesting life lived. I´m sorry for your loss. Christine former employee

I had the singular privilege to make the acquaintance of this remarkable woman in her later years both at Hickory Hill and in Vienna, where she visited her daughter Dardis and her grandchildren Austin and Margaret. Her life is truly to be remembered and — celebrated.

Barbara was a wonderful mentor and role model for me as I made my way in life after graduating from Bryn Mawr. Along the way, we became friends. Our lives intersected again at des Artistes and in Chatham, NY...there she was with her bright mind, her warm smile. Godspeed, Barbara. I send my condolences to the entire family. Nora Lavori

I once asked Mrs. Dudley how she carried on through all of lifes trial and tribulations, she said you just do it, so when faced with something or other I would often ask What would Mrs.Dudley do?? My sincere sympathy to all of the family, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Linda C. Knopp Berne, NY

Dan, Dardis, George and Giles,
Your mother left us with so many wonderful memories; we feel blessed to have known her for all these years. My deepest sympathy to all of you. I hope it is some solace that she was able to go "her way".

Barbara McNamee Dudley has clearly contributed tremendous richness to the lives of everyone she has touched, with continuing positive ripples that will carry on her legacy. My best thoughts go to all her family as they mourn the loss of such a wonderful person, hoping they derive great comfort from all the good that has come from their time with Barbara.

George, Giles, Dardis and family:

I was very sorry to hear of your mothers passing. It truly is the hardest thing one has to endure loosing a mom.
I met her briefly in 1977 and she was warm, kind and gracious and she has left a wonderful legacy.
May your hearts cherish all the wonderful memories and special times you had with her and get you through this difficult time.

fondly,

Nancy Stonner Drischler
North Chatham

Our thoughts & prayers are with your family. We are so happy to have known her.

I am so thankful she was who she was. She leaves an amazing legacy, one that includes some amazingly competent and creative children and grandchildren. My heart is with you all.
