My deepest sympathy for the entire Shelton family. Not only was Barbara a coworker but she was a very good friend. You couldn't help but like Barbara. She was always there with a kind word, a good heart, and help for everyone who needed it. She was a credit to the Health Department and the community in which she lived. She'll be sorely missed. Barbara was just fun to be around. You always felt better coming to work knowing that she'd be there with that nice smile. God bless you all.
