Tasmania has lost a greatly appreciated and loved daughter and artist, who leaves a wonderful legacy for all to enjoy. Deepest sympathy to her family, Beth and David.

Maddock Beatrice (Bea) AM It is with great sadness that the staff and students of the Tasmanian College of the Arts acknowledge the passing of Australian artist Bea Maddock AM. The University of Tasmania recognises her extraordinary achievement and contribution as a teacher and artist. Bea will be sadly missed by the arts community.
