REESE FUNERAL HOME Obituary

Benita Faye Stanley Harris, 38 of Stockton, AL., passed away March 12, 2015 at a local hospital after a lengthy illness. Her devoted husband, loving father, family, and friends were by her side when she made her transition. She was born to Juanita Stanley and Johnny L. Boston of Stockton, AL., on March 13, 1976.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Juanita Stanley, three sisters, one brother, maternal and paternal grandparents.
She united with St. Paul Baptist Church at an early age. In 2006 she joined the City Of God Learning Worship Center in Saraland, AL., where she served as a Youth Minister and a Sunday School Teacher.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories, a loving and devoted husband, Ronald D. Harris; father, Johnnie L. Boston; five sisters, Angie Stanley, Sharon Stanley, Orlene (Derrick) Greene, Lula Stanley Felisha (Mike) Anderson; six brothers, Willie James (Mack Annie) Stanley, John Edward Stanley, Russel (Rhonda) Stanley, Joseph Stanley, Ralph (Crystal)Stanley, Derrell Stanley; three uncles; four aunts; a devoted niece, Tiffany McGlaurin; 2 godchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 20, 2015 from 5-7 p.m. at Reese Funeral Home. Visitation will continue on Saturday, March 21, 2015 from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. Celebration of Life hour, at Zion Fountain A.M.E. Zion Church, Stockton, AL. Pastor Ella Roberts Officiating Minister and Rev. Sanford Davis, Pastor. Interment will follow in the Robinson Cemetery, Stockton, AL.
