Not sure what to say?

It doesn't seem like it has been 8 years. Time surely moves forward. I know this greeting and honor of Ben comes a bit delayed but I know that his absence here on Earth is still a sadness that is being dealt with although it may be a bit easier with the passage of time. I recently lost three of my cousins within 2 months. Two of which I was very close too. One so likened to a brother and twin - we were 6 months apart and raised by our grandmom and went to school together. He went to...

You were a wonderful and loved person in your short life here on earth. I know that if anyone is deserving of a happy afterlife it is you brother. Rest peacefully, and save some room for all of us. We will all be back together sooner or later. Love and Best Wishes, Melissa McGoey Karpelman

We are saddened to hear of your loss. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. May the memories give you comfort and may the love from family and friends ease your pain and help carry you through this difficult time.

Alex,

Cindy and I are deeply saddened by the sudden loss of your son. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Ben, I alway enjoyed the countless times I stood next to you and watched a good band. Your love for music, your smile and laughter made those nights even more fun. Your great sense of humor and out look on life rubbed off on those around you. You will be missed by many. Rest in Peace my friend.

Ben was an amazing friend to me and probably one of the smartest, most unique guys I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I'm sorry we lost touch with each after I moved from New Orleans ten years ago; but for what it's worth I still constantly tell the stories of great times we had over the years. Goodbye, Ben and thank you for being a part of my life.

Margaret and family,
Words cannot even begin to express our sorrow. May the peace which comes from the memories of love shared, comfort you now and in the days ahead. Remember that we love and care about you.
Love,
Ben and Mary Saucedo

To Ben's family,
I've only been working at NSU for a few months, but I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Ben. He always had a smile on his face and a cup of coffee in his hand. I'm very sorry for your loss and I send my condolences. He will be missed greatly by the NSU Student Union family.
