Ben was best friend my freshman year of college at Loyola New Orleans and my roommate the next year. We had so many fun times together and he taught me so much. I wish I could have seen him at least one more time. I will miss him.

My sincere sympathy.

I am very saddened by this news. Ben's time at Southern Illinois University, as a highly talented, smart, witty, and friendly member of the graduate program, whose projects were admired by many, is fresh in our memories. My deepest sympathy to his family and friends.

I knew Ben as a coworker and friend. Worked with him for over a year in Chicago together as Automation Engineers. He was a great person to work with and talk to as a friend ill always remember our talks/walks downtown. Truly will be missed. My prayers to the family.
