Not sure what to say?

Fran, I just got back in town and was sorry to hear of Bert's passing. I fondly remember the Audubon trips that we went on with you and Bert. I always enjoyed talking with him. He was always upbeat and friendly and very patient in explaining things about birds. I learned a lot from him--he was a really good teacher.
We will miss him.
I hope you are managing OK in this tough time. We're thinking of you.

Fran, we just returned from out of state and learned of Bert's death. We remember fondly all the wonderful bird trips we shared and how Bert never stopped teaching anyone interested in birds. Our deepest sympathies to you and your family. Linda and Buck Cooper

I remember Bert most from our Conococheague Audubon bird walks. He always seemed to make these trips more fun. He could immitate bird calls. And, Fran, my prayers and thoughts are with you in this difficult time.

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time of your loss. I had Mr. Henry as my 6th grade teacher. He was the best teacher ever. I am 63 years old now and remember him like it was yesterday. He was such a positive influence in my life. RIP Mr. Henry. You will be missed!

Our thoughts and Prayers are with you, Fran. His whistle will be greatly missed.
