While I haven't seen her over the past few years I have very fond memories of seeing her on Sundays at Lakeside Baptist and going out to lunch with her afterwards. Betty was a lady with a peaceful spirit. I met her at the JCC. I enjoyed her company at luncheons and day trips. When I became a Deacon and told her, she encouraged me by letting me know that she was a Deacon and that I could handle the responsibilities.
