Bill Dees

I was blessed to work for Bill as a brand new Process Control Manager at Texas Instruments on the Expressway site. He was a wonderful leader and had a real team spirit that positively reached everywhere, even when the going was sometimes difficult. Further, he was a great mentor to me and I always carry with me many stories concerning his leadership that I routinely passed on throughout my career such that my subordinates might better develop and mature.
