I used to live in the same apartment building with Billy and we talked often. He fell once and I went everyday to change his bandages and clean his elbow wound. He was such a nice man. I used to visit him and Rose at the nursing home and after she passed, he was never the same. He was always crying for Rose. I'm certain he is with her now, and at peace. Gone but never forgotten. RIP Billy.
