The time I had to share with Billie was wonderful, as she always made me feel accepted in her world. She was always kind and welcoming and had a smile that could light up the sky. Her charm was admirable and her sharp mind and sense of humor was spot on. I feel very priveledged to have known her in my life, even if was just a few minutes shared in passing.
