I am so saddened to hear of Billy's passing..can't imagine what your family is going through. I am sure you know this, but he was a wonderful, caring, kind,compassionate person who always went out of his way to help anyone who needed it. He will be remembered in our thoughts and prayers and missed by the many,many friends he made over the course of his life.
