Not sure what to say?

It was such a privilege to be a member of the choir at Highland and have thought of Mr. B. often. Linda and family, I send all of you my prayers for peace and comfort.

So many wonderful memories of Mr. B at Lincoln College. I will be forever grateful for everything he and Mrs. B did for me in my musical life and for all of us at LC. Thank you! Mrs. B and family, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I am very sorry for your loss. I hope you find comfort in Gods assurance at 1 Peter 5:6,7.

Condolences to you and your family, Linda. He was a great educator, who inspired so many students.

Bill. You were a true inspiration to thousands of young people with your love for music!! The gifts you shared will be remembered forever!! I was lucky enough to call on you and Linda at Lincoln College as a representative of Kidder Music! You were a true pleasure to be around!! Those were the days as they say! God bless you and your family!! Rest In Peace my friend!

My deepest condolences to the Buffington family. I spent two years at Lincoln College ('85 - '87) as a member of Lincoln Express ( Posse) and Chorale. I spent many hours with Mr. B. in rehearsals, music theory classes, and bus rides to and from Florida. Some of my best memories of my young adult life involved this man, his wife Linda, and son Greg. His love for his family and teaching were evident. Mr. B., you will be missed.

Mr and mrs B were very important to our daughter, Kelly. They gave her confidence and self esteem and helped her to grow and love music. Thank you for all you did.

I was a junior at Deepwater HS Bill's first year of teaching. Our school was gifted with his amazing talent as well as his (and Linda's) friendship. He sang at my wedding. My sympathies to the family.
