remembering Bill, he always smiled and grinned with great depth. I will miss my new found friend - so glad we got a chance to sit with him at one of the FBRH S.A.L.T dinners, he loved sharing and Bills heart was always in ALL WAYS looking up...:-D He loved Jesus and folks who met him would learn and know that about him pretty quickly... See you again someday brother Bill, HUGZ for all your family Ms Brenda Oldfield

I just learned of Bill's passing. My deepest condolences to his family.

I met Bill through his wife Dean. She and I worked together for 20 years. In that time I grew to know Bill as one of the finest men I've ever known. He graced our lives with dignity, kindness and charity. I used to tease Dean about how lucky she was to have him. I find peace in knowing they are together

Rest in peace Bill, you are loved and missed.

To the Dodson family:
The memorial for your father was very touching. I enjoyed seeing all of Bill's family. I especially enjoyed Bill's grandson's tribute to his grandfather. I did not realize that Bill's father or his grandfather owned a pipeline company in Oklahoma and that some of the Mid-Mountain hands had worked for him. Would like to hear more about that. In closing, I always appreciated the way your dad treated people and carried out his job. Sincerely, Roger Rosenbach

Billy was my great granddad he always put the Lord and his family first. R.i.p my wonderful granddad. May u and Granny dance above with no pain.

I first met Bill and Dean in the late 1960's when they started attending First Baptist Church of Rose Hill. I served with him there as a deacon. One of my many memories of Bill and Dean is watching the first landing on the moon on the TV in their living room in 1969.

When my family and I moved to another church in 1974, we stayed in touch with Bill and Dean for several years.

I recently reconnected with Bill and my wife Vicky and I enjoyed several visits with him in our...
