Not sure what to say?

Billy was an amazing guy. My wife and I had our bike matiananced at his shop and he always had a story to tell. Loved the guy.

I discovered Billy's Bike Shop when I came to WMU in the 90s, and always loved it when I had the opportunity to talk to him and hear his stories. While there, it was always easy to see all of the lives he touched. Rest in peace, Billy.

I met Billy in the early 90´s and raced for Billy´s bike shop. He was like an uncle to me and many other members of the best mountain bike racing team in the state! Talked a lot of hunting stories as well as our time served. He will be missed, Ride on Billy!

Sure enjoyed hunting with Billy in Baldwin! We had some good times! Our condolences and blessings to the family! Ken and Joan Hoernlein

To a great friend that I will always think of when I am out riding. As you said were cut from the same beanbag. Watch over us till we meet again my coach and friend lets ride.

Billy shared lots with me over the last 5 years in his shop and we will miss his stories and his skill!

So sorry to learn of Billy's passing. He was a blessing to many people.

I bought my very first bike that wasn't a hand me down from my older sisters from Billy in the mid 1990's I would come into the shop and make payments on it from my paper route earnings. He would let me take it for the weekend or a day or two before I got it paid off all the way. He was a great guy and I learned a lot from him about how to fix my bike when things went wrong.

I met Billy in the early 80´s at Pennsylvania Truck Lines as a "College Kid" as Billy called me working there part time while attending WMU. Billy helped me to settle into a tough trucking environment with much needed real-world advice and became someone I could trust. Later on, got into biking and Billy took a fair amount of time to select the right bike for me - impressed with his knowledge to help me make the right decision! A life well lived Billy! ....just don´t ask the waitress...
