TEXAS FUNERAL HOME - SAN ANTONIO Obituary

Billy Ray "The Repoman" Orr, born May 28, 1968 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to parents Charles Orr and Helen Dye, entered into eternal rest July 2, 2020 at the age of 52. Billy Ray was preceded in death by his father, Charles E. Orr; mother, Helen Broyles; brother, Brian Orr; and granddaughter, Billie Eva Orr. He is survived by his wife, Dalia Orr; step-mom, Linda Orr; sons, Ray Orr, Billy Orr, Daniel Charles; daughters, Vanessa Orr, Monika Orr, Jacqueline Orr; son-in-law, Fernando White; daughters-in-law, Yvette Martinez, Elise Gonzales; granddaughter, Marissa Orr, Evalyn Orr, Ariyah White, Amariee Orr, Jessikah Ramos, Chastity DeLeon; great-granddaughter, Emery Hernandez; uncles, Thomas Russo, Wayne Orr; aunts, Elsa Russo, Trish Orr and Concetta Banda; and numerous nieces and nephews. Billy Ray was the life of the party, always laughing and cracking jokes. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He always lent a helping hand with the grill and always participated in games, like volleyball on Easter Sunday. He cheated playing uno on game nights, had to say the loteria cards in English and would stay up all night playing Monopoly. Porter house steaks, rolls and an ice cold Budlight was his go to, Dad love to eat! Then would come home and sleep like a baby. He loved the Spurs and the Dallas Cowboys. Every Sunday he yelled at the TV intill he got a headache. He loved the beach, fishing, and anything having to do with cars or trucks. He could tell you anything and everything about a car. If it was fast and loud his mind was intrigued. He could sit and binge watch TV shows on Netflix. Finish an entire box of Sherbert by himself and say he didn't do it. He was special, caring, loving and strong. Family meant everything to him and more importantly his granddaughters were his world. In his eyes they could do no wrong. Dad helped when help was needed. He would of given you the shirt off his back. He was an angel in disguise. We will love and miss him so much. We will cherish all the moments we had and always keep him in our prayers, and when you see a bottle of Crown Royal have a drink on him. Please come and join the family of Billy Ray Orr as we gather to pay tribute and honor a wonderful man and a great life lived. .
