Not sure what to say?

Linda, I am so sorry to hear about Brenda's passing. We have known each other since Byrns Darden years and I just want you to know I think of those days a lot and will always cherish the friendship with you and Brenda. My thoughts and prayers are with you and Brenda's family.

Dear Art:

I had the joy of knowing Brenda for about ten years. She was the consummate role model for a positive spirit and a celebration of life's blessings, as well as its challenges. I will always hold dear the last lunch we had together and the every present smile on her lovely face. Her courage and strength were unsurpassed. You were the gift that gave her last years true meaning and love. Wishing for you and her family the peace and grace needed to move forward as she would...

I was so sorry and saddened to hear of Brenda's passing. She was such a dear friend as we grew up in Clarksville. Brenda will be missed by everyone who knew her. Linda and Artie, and family, you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Brenda was a dear friend and former colleague at GlaxoWellcome who will be missed by many. She was a bright light who brought a sparkle to everything she was involved with. I am so glad that we were able to maintain our friendship across the miles as we continued to share fun times and 'girl talk'. I was pleased to see her so happy when Art came into her life.

I write this in memory of a wonderful, loving friend. I will love and miss you always, Margie

I worked with Brenda at DuPont years ago. She was a delight to be around, always brightened everyone's day with her attitude. I had not kept up with her over the years, but I still feel a sense of loss that the world has been robbed of such a caring and loving person.

Artie & Linda,
I reconnected with Linda in Durham,NC when I lived there. She came to my wedding in Durham in 1991. Visiting Clarksville in July, but after the rememberance at Liberty. I have such fun memories of Brenda in CHS. I'd love to know when the Durham NC remembrance service will be as I still live in Raleigh NC(& went to elementary school with Artie)

I am so saddened at the passing of a dear classmate. Sending special thoughts to Linda... You and Brenda were absolute favorites of mine and all at CHS who knew you! My prayer is that God will comfort and hold you and your family in the palm of His loving hands, now and in the days to come.

Condolences from the Department of Mathematics and Statistics and the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology at Austin Peay. Brenda and Linda were in the first class that I ever taught at Austin Peay in the summer of 1970. Artie and all the family are in our thoughts and prayers.

So sorry to hear this. She was a joy to know in the class of 1969 CHS. RIP
